My friend Mrs Crayons (you can find her here) has decided to remedy the desperate shortage of actual arty art fairs by organising one of her own. She’s clearly a little crazy, but in a good way.

When this whole thing started she convinced me it would be a good idea to go along and have a stand. All on my own, I came up with a crazy idea for something to offer. It seemed like a good idea at the time, but I’ve since been ignoring it (head in the sand? me?) and stressing slightly. But after yesterday’s preview event, I’m all excited and looking forward to it.

The fair will be held in Becket Chapel, Peterborough Cathedral on Saturday 21st November. Find out full details here, including more information about the artisans who’ll be there. Judging by the quality of the samples I saw yesterday, it’s going to be a fantastic opportunity to buy unique, handmade gifts for Christmas.
